Plymouth Harbor on Sarasota Bay, an upscale continuing care retirement community, is searching for a Principal Engineer to oversee various aspects of its operation including Plant Operations/Engineering/Maintenance/Construction & Renovation Services. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field required, as well as CPMM certification. Minimum three years experience as a Director of Facilities/Plant Operations/Maintenance/Engineering in a health care setting. Five years in a non health care setting would be acceptable.
